Ok. I already know a lot of you like to push your mower for the work out. Well, I've got a GPS Fitness tracker and I decided to log my last lawn cut. Unfortunately I started it half way through cutting the front, so add about another 1/2 mile to this.
I'm guessing I burn about 600 calories and walk 2.0 miles with the cut. If the grass is tall or wet the total cutting time is about an hour and 25 minutes.
So you know I'm not blowing steam out of my *** and making this up.
