Would never recommend Ego or Home Depot

Owned mower for about 1 1/2 years with no problems but then could not engage blade. Talked to customer service who could not resolve problem and they told me to take it to HD and drop it off. Was told it would take 6-7 weeks but I dropped it off at HD May 20 and today is Aug 2 and no one can tell me when I will get if back - AFTER ALMOST 11 WEEKS. Before today, have talked to Tools at HD 3 times and I'm always told the same thing - another 7-10 days. About 2 weeks ago, talked to an assistant manager at HD who told me the same thing. Talked to an aggravated person in Tools today who said he had no idea when it would be back because the don't communicate well with Ego repair. Would no longer recommend Ego or HD to anyone. They can't be trusted.
