Most other manufacturers produce a version of this and as far as I can tell haven't been sued out of existence. I find my brush cutter heads to be more dangerous than a spoon but less dangerous than a chainsaw. Your mileage may vary.

C'mon Ego grow some stones and introduce this to the U.S.

I already have this....Frankenstein version...and it works very well especially with the right brush blade.
