Why Aren't Most Home Depot Locations Stocking EGO Mowers?

There are no Home Depot stores anywhere close to me who stock the mower. I'd really like to buy it but don't like that shipping takes more than a week. I'd be happy to buy it with prime shipping from Amazon, or in a store somewhere else, but EGO decided to go exclusively with a company that seems more motivated to sell Ryobi cordless mowers. If Home Depot really wanted to the only company to sell the mower, why won't they stock it in most stores now? How are you as a company going to survive when your only outlet doesn't stock your product? I asked these questions before in another thread but didn't hear a company response. By the way, the stores in Tallahassee do stock the EGO hand tools.

Jim, we're sorry that we missed this original question.  What store number do you normally shop so that we can check into this for you? Now that we're at the beginning of spring, most stores should have the EGO Power+ Mower in stock.  We'd be happy to find out what's going on for you locally.

Jim, we looked into this for you. Unfortunately, we were able to confirm that all of the stores you mentioned have chosen not to carry our mowers this year with the exception of Jacksonville that is slated to stock the mower.  Please know that it's not our choice to deny you our products.  It's Home Depot's choice based on past sales in the area and other mitigating factors.  We encourage you to call them at 1-800-HOME-DEPOT (466-3337) and let them know how disappointed you are.  We take of these complaints seriously and are in the process of escalating each and every one of them as they come in to help encourage the Home Depots that don't carry our products in store to start stocking EGO Power+ everywhere.
