Where repair & my 20" blade should be 21"

1. If I should need repair, where would I take it in Colorado Springs, CO??
2. I have the self propelled 21" model, but my blade measures 20 inches. This is a bit odd. I would much prefer a 21" blade.

To answer your other question about blade length, push mowers are measured by deck size, not blade length. Since the blade doesn't scrape the deck as it spins, all blades are at least slightly shorter than their nominal size since the length refers to the diameter of the deck, not the length of the blade.

That said, I noticed on my 20" Ego mower that the blade is actually just over 19" long and leaves a larger gap than at first seemed necessary. However after a few seasons with that mower I realize that the composite deck does have some flex to it, so that roughly 3/8" gap is probably intentional and necessary.
