Where is the lock or off switch referenced on page 8 bullet #2 of LB5300 operators manual?

I believe the bullet in question reads, "Avoid accidental starting. Be sure that the switch is in the locked or off position before inserting the battery pack. Carrying blowers with your finger on the switch or inserting the battery pack into a blower with the switch on invites accidents."

The second part seems to clarify that it just means not to insert the battery while the trigger is pulled. I am not aware of any lock to prevent pulling the trigger to turn on the blower, but the off position is just the trigger not pulled in.

Terry, David is correct. Our instructions do read as a little confusing and we're sorry about that.  There is no "lock" for the switch.
