You have to be careful with these, the warranty is only valid if purchased from an authorized dealer.  Amazon is an authorized dealer, ebay is not, and some amazon purchases are not new items/resales.

Correct, only items stating “Ships from and sold by Amazon” will have a warranty. Most third party sellers will not be authorized Ego retailers.

Up here in Canada, we have igocordless.ca where you can order all EGO products in line. Not sure if they ship to USA and if any additional cost. Hope this helps

Works with ad blocker off. Although it says washington, iowa and bethesda, missouri are about 30 miles from Annapolis, Md. So I think it has the states mixed up.
