Trying to register my product online, the site keeps looping me back to the sign in. I am signed in!! Where do I register my product online?

Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for your post and we are sorry that you are having a difficult time registering your EGO products. I conducted a test on my end and the registration is working, so I'm not sure where the errors are coming from. I am happy to register your products for you if you would like to send an email to support@egopowerplus.com with the serial and model #s of your EGO products, including any and all batteries and chargers. Once received, you will then get an email confirmation once your products are registered.
