Where do I get the c-clip and sprocket washer for the EGO chainsaw? Both were lost in the grass....

Oh, and your customer service mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a message to have you call me back - it also said something about everyone being at an offsite meeting and that didn't seem the right response to a customer

If you need to fix it sooner than later, Home Depot (or pretty much any comprehensive hardware) store should have a good selection of E-clips, and washers.
