Where can I purchase a c clip for my ego chainsaw? I have lost the c clip that was attached above the washer on the chainsaw sprocket.

I wonder if EGO should gain connections with eReplacement Parts.

Your best bet might be a hardware store. Definitely call Ego and see what they can do, but I'll be surprised if they have those c clips available.

I need the clip and the sprocket spacer or washer. They both fell off while in use. Emailed customer service but haven't heard back. Would really appreciate some direction on what these parts are called so I know what to ask for at hardware store.

I believe it is called a c clip.  I went to a local small engine repair shop (Husqvarna dealer) and they were able to find a clip that worked.  I do not know the name or the size.  It is a part that I can foresee losing again.  EGO should provide these parts or at least a name or a place to get them. Sorry I could not be of more help.

When I was a technician I use to call these "Jesus" clips.
When the clip went flying when dissembling I would say "Jesus, where did that clip go..." :)
