What is the rpm of the string trimmer? Full battery, half battery, and 1/4 batt chg?

What is the rpm of the trimmer at the cutting head w/ a fully charged battery. How does the rpm slow with the batt usage This is absolutlely fucking useless.

The RPM is listed on Page 9 of the owner's manual: 4,000 to 5,800 rpm.

I haven't detected a noticeable slowing until just before the battery depletes completely. Maybe the last 30 seconds or so.
