Official Response
You only have 90 days to return it to Home Depot but EGO warranties the batteries for 3 years. Just give customer service a call and you should have a replacement battery within a week.

Jason, it is a 3 year warranty on batteries and 5 years on the actual product.

To further clarify what Eric55 wrote: Ego's warranty is three years on the batteries, five years on the tools. In addition to that, Home Depot allows returns or exchanges for 90 days after purchase, or 365 days if the tool was bought with a Home Depot credit card.

So in nhung's case, he's past the date to return it to Home Depot. But all he has to do is call Ego customer service and they'll ship him a new battery under warranty.
