I have a customer who purchased a 12 in. 56-Volt Lithium-ion Cordless String Trimmer; model #ST1201. The customer emailed EGO but has not heard back. I have the customer's receipt. Is there a service center near zip code: 12866? How can he go about getting his warranty honored? I tried calling 1-855-EGO-5656 but an automated system stated y'all were in a meeting and would be back this afternoon, it asked me to leave a voicemail but then did not allow me to leave one. Please advise.
