Very, very impressed with EGO!

I had an issue with my lawn mower not working, and causing all my EGO batteries I tried in it to not work either. I called EGO, described my problem, and over the phone there were able to diagnose what the issue was. They mailed me a brand new lawn mower with each of the batteries that were damaged, which were delivered within a week (to Canada).

A+ customer service, an awesome experience.
