Unable to register power head and two attachments, edger and trimmer, on ego site due to lack of product support.

I just had the same problem today trying to register the cultivator attachment.  I left my number and they called me back in 20 minutes.  They registered it for me right over the phone as they saw there was a problem on the registration site.

It looks like the registration site is up to speed again. I just registered my new brush attachment for the multi head system.

Someone called back and helped me register manually.

But... I decided to return all three parts back to Amazon and get the fixed edger and trimmer.  Was cheaper and, in particular, I did not think the head+2 accessories were convenient enough.   Happy I did this as I like the overall convenience of tools, no gas/oil mess, quieter, etc.

Great news you got the callback and sorted it out.  I love the versatility of the power head, own 4 attachments now (edger, trimmer, pole saw and cultivator).  I guess not everyone love chocolate.
