Purchased blower Jan 2015 and does not run, battery's charged to 100%.

Purchased trimmer in March 2015 does not run, battery charged to 100%, used the unit only once.

What can I do to get repaired or replaced?

Same battery or two different ones? Did both tools work fine when you got them?

Home Depot should exchange the one purchased in March, and probably will exchange the one purchased in January too. They are really good about doing whatever it takes to keep customers happy.

Whenever you do reach Ego customer service, they will definitely take great care of you. Surprised you've had so much trouble reaching them, but I'm sure Jennifer will make sure you connect with someone shortly.

I bought the blower in August 14. Worked great. Used very little last season. Does not work now. Battery is fully charged and will not work. I have tried everything. Called customer service, got one return call and nothing for the past two weeks. Blower costs over 200 bucks and now nothing. Very unhappy

Bryan, are you waiting for another call from customer service, or waiting for your tools after talking to them?  They are usually excellent... I would give them a call back if you think they haven't responded to your claim.
