Tool Warranty if I Sell Battery

Along with a mower I purchased a blower, string trimmer, and hedge trimmer. With the recent HD sale it didn't make sense to buy the bare tools so I got them all with batteries.  Especially since the hedge trimmer won't be used weekly I was thinking of recovering some of the cost of the new tools by selling one of the batteries & chargers. Would this in anyway affect the tool warranty?

Thanks

Official Response
Selling your tools does not affect your current tools you owned. Whoever buys your battery and charger will not have the Warranty Protection from EGO, as the warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
