Craig, according to the Home Depot website description of the product it comes with a strap and something called a spread nozzle. Maybe those are the items you are asking about?

Looks like the "was" price is inflated a bit, at least on the LB6004. I bought one this spring for that price when they were $50 off. But great deal anyway.
