I have had this saw for 14 months and I love it... but a month ago it stopped using bar chain oil. I need to know how to fix it

I have both an EGO and a gas saw, and the process should be the same. I would take off the chain and bar and thoroughly clean out all the oil ports on both the bar and the all around the sprocket. Its going to be gunked up with sawdust and old tree sap. Once all cleaned up, check oil flow. If it still doesn't oil, I would think about trying the positive air pressure on the oil reservoir fill inlet technique as shown here: https://youtu.be/BiZZG4vwlwI

Good luck.

And also clean the groove around the perimeter of the bar...
