The mower won't start or show any signs of life!

I just bought my mower a few months ago and it is already not working. I've check the battery, it is fully charged and not defective in any way. I fully seat the battery in position until it clicks. I've extended and locked the handle in place. Pressed the button and pulled the lever back and nothing... There are no light indicators on, in fact there are no lights or functions on the entire machine. Is there an override button somewhere? I've made sure it is free of grass and it is not overheated also. Help, my backyard looks like a jungle.

There is no override button. Sorry your mower stopped working. Double check those handlebar clamps just in case one sneaked loose while you weren't looking. And you are holding the button down while pulling on the bail?
If you are within Home Depot's 90 day return window (1 year if you used an HD credit card) return it for an exchange. Assuming you bought it at HD. 
If not, give customer service a call. Call early in the day to avoid hold times.
