Just want to tell Customer Service officials what an asset they have in Paisley. I lost a spring and other parts on my line trimmer. Paisley priced out my parts order then informed me I could buy the needed parts in an EGO replacement assembly for considerably less money. I bought it online and installed the needed parts. My EGO Trimmer continues running great. Thanks Paisley!
