After a rocky start getting help with a battery warranty replacement I found this community support forum. After posting my problem here it was resolved almost immediately. Big THANK YOU to Emily who was right on top of things, followed up and resolved the problem. Fast & courteous!

Can you share more information on this subject, my battery shows fully charged but it wont start the lawn mower.  When I put it back on the base the base does not start the charging noise either.  Thank you,
