Telephone hold music and announcement loop

Your hold times on telephone support are obviously extremely long - I'm waiting 30 minutes at this point - it would be a LOT less annoying if I didn't have to listen to "we understand your time is important....why not check out our website in the meantime..." every 90 seconds.

Here is a post from Jennifer about a month back regarding the email system for your reference.  EGO is moving away from this system because the "lack of turnaround time."  The best way is to call Customer Service Department with any questions.

Rats!  I far prefer email, especially when it takes a while (as I mentioned in another thread).

You bet!  Never say never, as the email system could be back in the future.  I don't work for EGO, but simply guessing ... :-)

I really wish Ego would hire a few extra part-time people this time of year to deal with the increased call volume. You'd think would be some college students home on break looking for some part- time work.
