I have asked for some sort of acknowledgment of receipt of my proof of purchase, but have been unable to "communicate" with anyone regarding such.  My mower was sent in for repair on August 7.  I finally heard from CR named Chelsea and was told that they would be sending me a new mower, but that I needed to send them a receipt of my purchase to, which I did.  I then asked for confirmation of such, which I have yet to receive.  My previous post was made private as I was being asked for my phone number (which BTW I did provide).  When I click on the "contact us" link from the Ego website, it sends the communication to email, which would be fine if it actually worked.  This is the response received from the contact us link Ego provides from their website: "This is an unattended inbox. If you need customer service support, please call us at 1-855-346-5656.  We are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST." ...and so far, this has not worked well for me.  Ridiculous wait/hold times to talk to a customer service rep.
