Make sure the handle is fully extended,  it has to be the whole way up

Short of seeing a video of you and the mower while trying to start...my guess is The handle is not sensing it is set at one of the three operating positions.

The handle has a switch to make sure it’s fully extended but to my knowledge there’s no switch for the handle height position.

Blue, there is one. I did a check on mine recently and brought the handle from the folded storage position and the mower would not start until the handle was past perpendicular to the ground. Didn't have to be latched into one of the 3 positions but had to be past vertical on the way to those positions.

Ha! You learn something every day! I’ll have to check my older 20” model and see if it’s the same!

It will start 3 or 4 times but then the solid green light comes and it will no longer start. 20 to 30 minutes later the solid green light is off and it starts again.
