Had a 4.0A battery and standard charger unit fail on me. I stayed on the customer service line until I was connected to Sari. She took all required information, walked me through a quick diagnostic of the dead charger unit and the battery (attempted charging on my rapid charger) and then put me on hold to talk to her manager. When she came back they agreed to replace both pieces that had failed. They are being shipped as I type this. If only all customer service requests could be handled the way EGO handles theirs. Very happy and very satisfied with the experience.
