I need to know what you guys recommend for this kind of wear.  I have used the snow blower for 2 seasons on my residential property and never used it excessively.  Do you find the wear normal?  Would you recommend covering the wear with paint.  If so wich kind?  (web link if possible).

The rotor looks mainly cosmetic (no corrosion), so I’m not sure I’d worry about it.

On the housing perhaps some sort of heavy duty enamel? I have no experience with such paints. If you do repaint it you may want to cover that edge with a rubber trim to keep the new finish intact. Looks like it’s seen some hard contact.
