I found my Bail Switch Lever in an upright position. Snowblower will not start/

Probably no reason to post the same question twice, but are you depressing the green button before trying to operate the bail? It would be interesting to see a picture of what you are seeing regarding the bail.

USED MY NEW SNOW BLOWER 1 TIME ALL WAS WELL. WENT TO USE IT AND THE BAIL SWITCH LEVER IS NOT FLAT BUT IN A RAISED POSITION. AS A RESULT, BLOWER WILL NOT START?

Thank you for responding. I have figured out & resolved my problem. I did not have the batteries in correctly.
