Snow Blower Blues...

Just got my snow blower yesterday and it doesn't start.  I read the instructions while I put it together and after to double check.  Tried again today and still no go.  Do I have a defected Snow Blower or am I doing something wrong?  I have an EGO Lawn Mower and only have praise for it as well as have had no issues.

Call EGO at 1-855-346-5656 or e-mail them at support@egopowerplus.com and they will help you. I've heard that they have been a bit swamped lately, but keep at it and they will get to you.
