Assuming your battery is fully charged...Your blade may be slightly slipping...make sure it is tight

If your mower is MODEL NUMBER LM2100SP/LM2100...The recommended torque for the blade bolt is 36-43 ft-lb (49-59Nm).

Need some clarification. Is it slow when under no load when you engage the blade while on the driveway or sidewalk  or only when actually cutting grass?  Does the motor also sound as if it slowed down or does it sounds normal?

It sounds slow, as if the battery is weak.  However, the battery is fully charged.  And it happens as soon as it is turned on, under no load at all.

Do you have a battery from another Ego tool?...If so, have you swapped them to see if the problem follows the battery or is the tool?
Or do you have any neighbors who own Ego tools, that you could borrow one of their batteries that you could isolate if it is the tool or the battery?
