I purhcased a 21" 56v self propelled with a 7.5 ah battery.  They did a real bad job designing the side discharge chute.  This is a very basis part of a mower and nobody would expect it to be so poorly fabricated.  The flap,at the bottom of the chute, the way it is molded, will never fit into the slot where its supposed to go.  I called customer service and they sort of acknowledged the problem, but could not resolve it directly.  Instead they suggested to keep the rear hinged cover tightly closed on the side discharge chute during mowing so as to keep it attached.  I tried that but it only worked on flat terrain.  It fell off a few times when mowing across bumpy spots.  I suggested them to send refabricated discharge chute to registered customers
