My 21" mower's self propel function just stopped. I bought the mower maybe 3 months ago. Worked just fine last week. What should I check?

Assuming the blade still spins up means that your handle clip interlocks are working correctly. You might try moving the speed control lever up and down to see if that helps, but it is likely to need warranty service. If you are within the HD 90 day return period, I'd return it for a new one. If you are outside the 3 month window, you probably want to read all about my experiance with the same problem.

After reading all this I will not buy a EGO mower for myself. I bought one for my girlfriend, as a gift, and no issues, but I won't chance it again until they change the repair policy.

Mine has worked fine after the warranty repair. But yes, the repair did take a long time.

Thanks for the heads up. I called HD and since it's within 90 days (just barely) they'll replace it for me. If it happens again, I'll probably try and return it instead of replace it. That repair process is ridiculous...

It sure is. It may be stand alone...

Did the Self-Propel Speed Control (on the left hand side) get switched all the way back?

I moved the toggle both directions to no avail.
