This time charger only shows flashing red light in 1st position. In the past, it would show green and progress from left to right until all lights show solid green. What does the red light mean - bad charger, bad battery?

It's probably a bad battery. You can try unplugging the charger for a few minutes and plugging it back in in case the charger is the problem, but if it still flashes red you'll need to contact Ego's customer service department for a replacement.

Make sure you've registered your battery and charger with Ego before you do so. You'll need your receipt and the serial numbers.

You also might want to tweak your account profile here so it doesn't display your personal email address.

Was thinking the same thing... making your email visible is not a good idea!

How do I hide it?

I'm not sure. It looks like it's the title of your question, not part of your profile. Are you able to edit the title of the question?
