Replacement Mower Arrived

My mower shorted out, and I called the company for help. The EGO rep was very helpful and courteous, and since the problem could not be solved, she said that she would be sending out a replacement mower! It arrived today and works splendidly.

I am very impressed not only with the EGO products that I own (mower, chainsaw, trimmer), but with the high quality of the customer service.
