Official Response
5 year warranty on the tools, they have not been around long enough for your warranty to be long expired, so you may want to double check.

Home Depot is an authorized repair center for Ego tools.

You can call customer service for any additional authorized repair centers in your area.
1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).

I just want to put the disclaimer out there that refurbished EGO tools generally have only a 1 year warranty. Also, EGO residential tools used for commercial purposes are also only covered by a 1 year warranty. Home Depot has had a number of deals on reconditioned tools lately...that there are probably an increasing number of people with only covered by a 1 year warranty.

The very earliest mower has been around for the warranty to have expired, but just barely. That said, contacting customer service is probably the next step to arranging your repair.

If you don't mind my asking, what's your mower doing or not doing? Anything any of us here might be able to help you with?

My mover failed to run. As instructed by EGO, I took it to Home Depot in Wareham Mass, This was on 29 May. Home Depot has not responded to my recent requests for status.

per Ego service agreement, the entire process should not take more than 4-6 weeks. If it takes more than four, please give Ego support team a call (1-855-346-5656).

In the meantime, you can always get real-time updates on your mower's status by calling 1-855-284-3349. This is the number for Home Depot's warranty department, where associates can instantly search for and assist with your case.
