Registration and side chute

I bought a LM2100 during the Labor Day sale from Home Depot online. I registered it online (along with two batteries and a line trimmer) on June 18th.

I got an email asking for my receipt so I printed the online receipt to a PDF and emailed it. The warranty emai also said if I wanted the free side chute (which there was a piece of paper about that came with the the mower) to ask for it and send my address.

The email stated I should hear back when my receipt was processed, but I haven't heard anything. Needless to say I also don't have the chute.

How long should that all take?

We appreciate everyone's comments on our customer service.  We do suggest, for the fastest service, to please call our customer service team at 1-855-346-5656 for all registration questions and discharge chute requests.  While we did offer email support, we are moving away from that system because we found that our turnaround time was lacking and not supportive enough for our customers.  We hope that you get the answers and direction you need here on the community but, for specific requests and help, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team by phone where we have a larger staff to help answer your call quickly.  Obviously, hold times are not ideal but do happen and for that, we apologize in advance.  Please note that we are available from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST on weekdays and 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST on weekends to help you.  We are closing this thread now since everyone has had a chance to chime in with their opinions.
