Registering the New 20" Hedge Trimmer Attachment & Extension Pole

For some reason EGO's online "Register Product" page is not working for the trimmer and the extension is not even listed. A couple of weeks ago I created a case and was told what info was required to register by mail. I supplied the info and asked for status and only get a robot mail that a new case has been opened.

Possible for someone to help with this?

Have you tried calling the customer service number? They can be reached at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).
Hopefully they can help.
Also, be sure to call early in the day to help avoid wait times.
