Today, I got an email showing a registration of a battery, all in my name...however, I have not purchased any ego product recently and have already registered those I have in the past. Why am I getting this? I am a little concerned about your site security/privacy or something...not sure why someone would register a product in my name to may account. If that is not what happened, then there is something screwed up about your system. I am stuck on "forever hold" on the customer service phone number...still, right now as I type this. There does not seem to be any other option to contact customer service...no chat, no email, no reply to that email. Please advise ASAP!
