receipt button on registration form does not work

I registered my LM2100, but was unable to upload my receipt. The "upload receipt" button does nothing at all. I completed my registration by saying I had lost my receipt, but really I haven't.
I am using Google Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

You can try creating a Case on the website on the Contact Us page:

Perhaps additional feedback? I have a 21" mower, 15" string trimmer, 2 batteries and 2 chargers all bought last year and all receipts were provided yet my account shows "no" in the receipt received column. I just registered my newly purchased hedge trimmer and put lost receipt because I ordered the hedge trimmer from Amazon and Amazon doesn't provide a receipt with shipments anymore. It would be good if an "ordered online" option were available for the receipt field now. But, to the point, even when providing a receipt they still show up as no in the receipt column in my account.

The online system is getting a "much needed" clean up.  Even though it says NO in your account, if you confirm with a Customer Service Representative, they will let you know that your receipt for each tool is good to go.  This occurred for several of my tools as well, but rest assured, you are covered ... :-)

Amber, I didn't call customer service, because a year ago so much was handled over email. Email seemed to work pretty well at that time. I did receive email that everything had been received so I wasn't necessarily worried about it. It just doesn't make any sense that I have email saying everything was received, but my account doesn't reflect that. And, not sure what good it would do to call and say I ordered something online and didn't get a receipt from the online order (Amazon in this case). Hoping your sharing of the idea of an additional dropdown item to select online order (no receipt received) will get implemented. Although, a thought. Does EGO have a way of "knowing" when an item is purchased. Such as, customer gives purchase date, model/serial number, where purchased. Then EGO can verify the item was purchased. I *assume* EGO's (Chervon's?) distribution system would know what units went to which stores. Wouldn't really need to supply a receipt. It seems other companies don't need a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase for registration. Maybe EGO could go with some other method?

Mike, I didn't get a receipt from Home Depot, they had a power failure when I picked up the mower. I sent a scan of the email that I received and that was accepted.

Thanks. Yeah, I just chose lost receipt. The whole receipt part of the registration really is unnecessary.
