Try unplugging the charger to reset it. If that doesn't fix your problem, call customer service at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656)

Hi! I did it and it didn't fix the problem. And about the customer service, I have been trying to reach them since Saturday without success.

If it's within 90 days, you can return to Home Depot for exchange or 1 year if purchased on a Home Depot card. If not, Call customer service first thing in the morning before the queue backs up. It's Spring time and everybody is cranking up their yard tools.

Just to clarify. The batteries have been used so they are depleted more than 25%? The reason I ask is because if the batteries haven't been depleted more than 25%, the charger won't charge them.
