I have repeatedly tried to register my trimmer, I go through each step, download the receipt put the information in and it all looks good but then the app doesn't show me with a registered productl. Also, I called customer support, it said to leave a message forwarded me to a mailbox that was full then put me in a loop for 20 minutes before I gave up...

Hi everyone, we have identified the bug and fixed it. You should now be able to register all string trimmers without issue. If you experience other issues with other products, please let us know.
