Questioning the Customer service.....

I have repeatedly tried to register my trimmer, I go through each step, download the receipt put the information in and it all looks good but then the app doesn't show me with a registered productl. Also, I called customer support, it said to leave a message forwarded me to a mailbox that was full then put me in a loop for 20 minutes before I gave up...

Jeremy, we’re sorry for the delay! If you leave customer service a voicemail, they will get back to you promptly. We are working to clear the voicemail inbox quickly and avoid a full mailbox in the future. As for our online registration system, try clearing your cache and refreshing, then give it another shot (and let us know what happens).

Thanks for letting us know about the registration issue. We are working to fix this ASAP on our website. In the meantime, registrations can be completed over the phone by calling us at 1-855-346-5656. (This seems to only be affecting certain String Trimmers and not all products. Please let us know if you encounter issues with other products.)

Hi everyone, we have identified the bug and fixed it. You should now be able to register all string trimmers without issue. If you experience other issues with other products, please let us know.
