I have repeatedly tried to register my trimmer, I go through each step, download the receipt put the information in and it all looks good but then the app doesn't show me with a registered productl. Also, I called customer support, it said to leave a message forwarded me to a mailbox that was full then put me in a loop for 20 minutes before I gave up...

Agreed - this customer service issue has been pretty frustrating! There's no way to get through - the hold is interminable, and it mentions leaving a message for a call back, but that mail box is full! Not sure how to get through...

The registration software is actually registration prevention software. It could not be designed any worse. I'd suggest signing up for a service call back and having the rep put you in the system It's the only way I got it to work.

Jeremy, we’re sorry for the delay! If you leave customer service a voicemail, they will get back to you promptly. We are working to clear the voicemail inbox quickly and avoid a full mailbox in the future. As for our online registration system, try clearing your cache and refreshing, then give it another shot (and let us know what happens).

I was unable to leave a voicemail on a few occasions because the mailbox is full. I created a "case" online - do those get reviewed and responded to?

We are all good. Got it registered, whatever the bug was is repaired now and the Customer Service phone mail box was not all full! Thank you all so much!

I just tried to register my trimmer and everything seams to have worked uploaded picture of receipt and when done it says it went through ,but when I check my account it is not there.

Randy, which model number were you trying to register? It looks like we might have a bug in our string trimmer registration but not the other products. Please let us know which models you are experiencing issues with so we can research and remedy this.

Had the same issue, where if you upload / complete seemingly successfully, it doesn't show up for some reason when you view the warranty list. I just opened a ticket with the same info (and attached the receipt) and they did it for me.

Thanks for letting us know about the registration issue. We are working to fix this ASAP on our website. In the meantime, registrations can be completed over the phone by calling us at 1-855-346-5656. (This seems to only be affecting certain String Trimmers and not all products. Please let us know if you encounter issues with other products.)

A) If you cannot get to a CSR or the voicemail is FULL, here is an alternative to waiting for a call back; once you have created an account, you can also create a case via the website.
- Go to this link (also Contact Us at the top of the page): https://egopowerplus.com/pages/contact-us
- On the Subject, select "Warranty Registraiton"
- Upload you receipt via the "Attach File"
- In the message details, add you model number and serial number for the tools/batteries/charges
- Submit you case
