I know that Ego doesn't market to lawn care professionals/gardeners but I can tell you so far so good. I'll give you a list of the items I use and a quick review.

15" String trimmer standard bump head split shaft - zero problems with between 300 to 400 lawns under it's belt. I run .105 twisted line with no guard. Power is adequate but can't be forced. Run with 2.5 ah battery.

530 cfm handheld blower - zero problems with hundreds of uses. Purchased the flat nozzle and never remove it. Perfect blower for residential city accounts. Happy, happy, happy. Run with 5 ah battery.

24" brushed hedge trimmer - zero problems with hundreds of feet of hedges trimmed and a bunch of bushes. Took me a while to warm up to this one. Coming from top end pro model hedge trimmers with power to spare I've learned that this one requires more finesse. Not slow but steady. Blades have required only a few touch ups with a file. Run with 2.5 ah battery.

Backpack Blower - Fairly recent purchase and so far so good. Has the standard pluses and minuses of backpack blowers but with the giant plus of low noise. Run with 7.5 ah battery.

16" chainsaw - First one failed with the first use. Replaced no problem and the second has been great. No real downside with excellent battery life and power comparable to a 45 c.c. saw but with instant torque. I don't use it all the time which makes an adequate electric saw really nice. Firewood saw? Maybe if you are committed with your battery supply. Run with 5 ah battery.

I have six 2.5 ah batteries, six 5 ah batteries and two 7.5 ah batteries. Pulse both types of chargers. I have had zero problems with batteries and chargers.

Hope this gives you confidence with your ego products and let me know if you have any questions.
