Problem with warranty repair

Brought in my Ego lawnmower over 7 weeks ago for a warranty repair.  Contacted Ego Support numerous times.  They have said they would research and call me back.  Not once did I ever get a call back.  No one knows where my lawnmower is.  Seeking a resolution, but Ego Support has not be responsive to all my inquires.  Now calling them at least once a week.   Seeking immediate resolution.   Phone support has not been productive.

This is the number for Home Depot's warranty department, where associates can instantly search for and assist with your service cases.

giggleherz - don't get the RR reference, although your request for details is very helpful when someone posts asking how to fix or why my xx doesn't work.  However, as jack points out Charles is looking for a status update not repair advise so really doesn't apply here.
