Power+ order - billed but never shipped - help

I need help with a Power+ purchase that has gone awry.

I ordered the power head and string trimmer and edger attachments from HomeDepot.com on May 5 and got a note that it had shipped on May 8 with an expected delivery date of May 12.  (None of these are carried in my local stores.)

When the package didn't show up, I checked the tracking.  It turns out the shipping label was created but the goods were never actually given to UPS.    

Home Depot customer service says the products are "shipped directly by the vendor," which I assume means you guys.  They tried to contact you to sort it out but no one answered the phone.

I bought the leaf blower and hedge trimmer a few weeks ago and love them.  However at this point I'm frustrated enough that I may return all my Ego tools and go with one of your competitors.

Please make this right!  Happy to send the order details via e-mail or private message.

Getting Ego Customer Service involved is the right thing to do, however, the reps don't monitor this board on weekends.

I would suggest calling tomorrow (Monday) if possible since their weekend call volume is surely very high.
