The battery is fully charged. Once I insert it and turn it on it is fine, but once I start pushing it, it immediately shuts down. Anyone experience this before?

Sounds like one of the clamps, on the handle, might be loose. The safety permissive system thinks that the handle is being retracted so the motor is shutting down. Find a different way to push the mower, other than the handle, just a test. If the mower does not shout down than you may need two new clamps.

Just pull it backwards. If problem goes away it is definitely the clamps

I had a similar problem but just needed to raise the mowing height and the mower ran fine.
