I don't want to order through Home Depot. The only advantage it would be to have it at Home Depot would be if I could go buy it from the store today, but they don't even stock it there. How stupid is it for EGO to have an exclusive contract with Home Depot that doesn't even provide assurance that their latest products will get shelf space?!
I trust Amazon and Amazon has superior delivery and customer service. I want to order product from Amazon. Many people are an Amazon Prime member with free delivery. I also get great benefit through my Amazon Rewards card. Home Depot's only possible advantage is its brick and mortar stores which are irrelevant since they don't even stock the power head and attachments I was looking for.
EGO you should really reconsider your distribution model, because it is hassle for customers. Why give Home Depot an exclusive contract when they don't even stock those latest products in the store?
