I think there is a decent demand for a mini shear\shrub trimmer out there.
There are a few on the market, but it would be great if you made one in your product line!

Here are a couple of examples:

I would be interested in seeing whether Ego could make a smaller tool like that while maintaining the existing battery form factor. Even the smallest battery, the 2.5Ah, is physically big enough I could see it being a problem with such a small hand tool. It would be an interesting challenge!

It would be nice to see that grass trimmer at the end of the multi purpose tool.  Then you get controlled trimming and ability to do it while standing.

I like! A 2000W 8" hedge trimmer! That sucker wouldn't slow down if you fed it rebar! Lol

That is the nice thing about the new multi-tool. Ego can use it as a base for all kinds of future attachments.

Great point Ken! Being that the power head would remove a significant amount of the R&D needed to bring a tool to market, we could see it become far more practical for Ego to release lower volume tools. Ice augers and post hole diggers, soil tillers, an Ego powered bicycle (!?!)... all of these things and more can be done with less investment.

Ok, maybe not the bicycle. :-)
