I have mentioned before that I hope EGO will make all parts available for order and they will have full blown parts diagrams/exploded view drawings on the EGO website soon. As our tools start to come out of warranty and things start to break, calling customer service shouldn't be the way to go about getting replacement parts. I've used large home appliances as examples before. Anyone can go onto Sears' site for example and find any part for any washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc they need. And, they can be ordered directly from the site or from a separate parts store. I've repaired my appliances over the years and I know I can repair my lawn tools so I'd like to see that get implemented.
But, yeah, for now you call CS and get part numbers from them.

In total agreement.  Finding parts is like pulling teeth.
